TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS & ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION This serves to notify you that, pursuant to the Bylaws of Sunport Commerce Center Condominium Association, Inc. (the “Association”), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association will be held at the following date, time and place.

Pursuant to the governing documents of Sunport Commerce Center Condominium and the Florida Statutes, this is your official notice of the Board of Directors meeting to approve the 2024 Budget and Assessments. Membership attendance is welcome but not required at a Board of Directors Meeting. Please appreciate that time constraints will limit discussion to the agenda topics only.
